Hi! My name is Christine White and my passion starts with tending the land. From there, I let my creativity flourish, creating dishes with what is local around me to share with my community, friends, and loved ones.

My work goes far beyond the food, its essence is rooted in relationship.

It gives me so much joy to work with abundance around me, making the final product something that hits all of one’s senses.

We eat with our eyes first, and my passion is in creating a whole experience for one to enjoy. From before it hits your mouth, to having to close your eyes to focus on the merging of flavors.

I love working directly with regenerative farms.
